Laureston House is privately owned by the proprietors Mr  L.C Roberts and son Mr K Roberts. The day to day running of Laureston is overseen by our registered manager Tracie Birchenough who works alongside assistant manager Stacey Reed and the senior team.

At Laureston we have a dedicated and caring team of care staff who are on hand 24 hours a day for any of our resident’s needs. All our staff are NVQ qualified or working towards this qualification. In addition to this all care staff are trained in First Aid, Health and Safety, Manual Handling, Dementia awareness and Palliative care. At Laureston we regularly review our training material to keep it up to date, to meet any changes within the health and social care sphere.

As well as providing a high standard of care in a homely and friendly setting it is important to us that our residents make informed choices about their daily life and routine. We actively encourage residents to make their own choices  and we work closely with our residents and their families to help achieve this. We provide a home from home service and promote our homes values of being a 'family'.
